Self-proclaimed over-thinker, this is for you. (Pt. 2)


Hey Reader,

You tired? I was in your shoes.

Because you know something isn’t working.

Your brand feels… off. Like, you've got the ick with it.

But instead of fixing the real issue, you’re caught in another spiral—one that’s way harder to see while you’re in it.

🔥 The Chameleon Effect

  • You tweak your message, your brand voice, and your content based on what seems to be working for others.
  • You watch what’s trending and adjust your approach, always playing catch-up and hoping virality will solve your problems (it won't, babe).
  • You hold back from saying what you really think because you don’t want to lose people.

You think you’re being strategic.

But what you’re actually doing? Watering yourself down.

And when you do that?

🚨 Your audience doesn’t know who the f*ck you are.
🚨 You attract people who don’t actually align with your work.
🚨 You start questioning everything because nothing feels like you.

And here’s where it gets even messier.

Because when you realize you’re doing this?

Instead of fixing it, you fall into The “I Don’t Know Who I Am” Freeze.

🔥 The "I Don’t Know Who I Am" Freeze looks like:

  • You start overthinking every move.
  • You convince yourself you need to figure everything out before you take action.
  • You get so scared of choosing the wrong thing that you choose nothing at all.

And suddenly?

Your brand is silent.

You’ve thought yourself into a corner.

And while you’re stuck in indecision, the people who NEED you are moving on because they can’t wait for you to figure your sh*t out.

I’ve been there.

And honestly? I’m in this process right now.

I’ve definitely gotten emails like “You’ve changed…”

And sure. It might look that way to someone who doesn’t really know me.

But the truth?

🔥 I’ve never been more aligned in what I’m doing.
🔥 I care more about my work now than I ever have.
🔥 I’m done bending myself to fit into something I never wanted in the first place.

At my core, my values have always been the same:

Helping people. As quickly as possible. In an accessible way. With tangible results.

So if you want your brand to stand out and make money?

I’m not saying this is the easy way.

I’m saying this is the sustainable way.

(Especially for you, Miss Creative Overthinking Every Move, Word, and Decision.)

You want to spend less time in your business and more time creating?
You have to get clear.

You want to spend less time and money guessing what will draw your ideal people in?
You have to speak to them. Listen to them. And believe their struggles are real.

Less time guessing.

I’ve been there. I get it. It's painful and it's exhausting.

But the truth: It all starts with you getting yourself CLEAR.
